John Andrew Studley CB (1840–1914) was a wealthy man who built the Studley Park Estate in North Yorkshire, England.

He was educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford. He became a gentleman farmer who lived at the Studley Park Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. He was the second son of a civil engineer, George Holland Studley, and his wife, Martha Pease, who was also wealthy. His elder brother was George Holland Studley, 1st Baron Studley. His first wife, Ann Seymour, died in 1869 and his second wife was Alice Hoare, a daughter of Joseph Hoare of Covent Garden, London.

He was descended from both of the Studleys (the name, a new family, being derived from the surname) from North and South Yorkshire. He inherited a valuable collection of miniatures and as well as an extensive library and an art collection of note. His name has been added to the Studley coat of arms.
