\[[@CR24]\]. Information-sharing process, an important factor in the successful implementation of quality improvement projects, is a continuous cycle of transfer, coordination, and evaluation \[[@CR25]\]. Therefore, as the quality improvement projects require Maternity Hospital to move from a culture of organizational dependence on external resources to self-reliance and management of external resources \[[@CR26]\], it is mandatory to establish an information and communication network to improve patient safety \[[@CR27]\]. The present study was limited by the lack of a standardized educational program. Standardized educational programs regarding the standardized management of MC and increased neonatal safety are warranted.
Conclusions {#Sec5}
===========
It was difficult to maintain the maternal and fetal safety of patients undergoing labor and delivery under the present conditions at Daejeon Maternity Hospital. In particular, maternal and fetal safety in group B patients showed a dramatic decrease, which resulted in severe maternal and neonatal risks. Therefore, we need to establish an evidence-based information network to prevent unnecessary ruptures of membranes and to improve neonatal safety.

Is it possible to do this?
If not possible, then is it possible to assign the iTunes music library to
